International Cyber Law is:
§ The Cyber Law, that enforces the discipline of usage
of computer, world-wide is called the International Cyber Law.
§ The First International Cyber Law was drafted in
USA.
§ To overcome obstacles faced by software developers
and users, the following laws were implemented:

Fair Credit
Reporting Act, 1970
§
Free access of
personal credit report.
§
Ensures that
each individual can view their credit information in free of cost basis.
b)
Freedom of
Information Act
§
Access of
information posted by Government.
§
Each individual
has the right to view each information provided by state.
c)
Federal Privacy
Act, 1974
§
A state can view
any records if it is needed.
§
Access right of Government
to see any record.

Video Privacy
Act, 1988

The individual
records can't be viewed by any other without the prior permission of the court.

Copyright Act,
1992

Unauthorized
copy of software.

Ensures that
unauthorized copies of data if found the person can be subjected to 5 years of
imprisonment of penalty of US$ 25,000.00 or both.

Computer
Matching & Privacy Protection Act, 1988
§
Right of
Government to keep the personal key record.
§
Gives the
Government the right to access the personal computer to match the software keys
to determine piracy.
